We offer exchanges for size changes subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer:
- Store credit
- Refund
- Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance items
- Promotional items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Used or damaged products

Refunds are processed after inspection.
Refund timeframe: 5–10 business days depending on payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item with clear photographic evidence.
